- Diagnosis
- Endocarp trilocular, ellipsoid, curved at the
basal end, 13 mm long, 4.3 mm wide, and ca. 1.6 mm thick, except
for base, which bends and thickens to 2 mm. Apical pit
rounded, 3.5 mm wide (81% of maximum stone width), enclosing
three elliptical pores (fig. 8B5), ca. 1.4mmat their widest
diameter. Wall is thin, ca. 0.4mm. Basal pit is circular and 0.4mm
in diameter. Surface mainly smooth, save for minor longitudinal
wrinkles.
