- Diagnosis
- Laminar shapes elliptic to ovate, slightly asymmetrical. Apex angle acute, apex shape acuminate, base angle obtuse, and base shape convex. Margin serrated in the distal 1/3. Major secondaries semicraspedodromous in the distal one-third, and eucamptodromous in the middle and proximal, spacing irregular, uniform angle. Intercostals tertiaries and epimedial tertiaries opposite percurrent. Quaternary and quinternary vein fabric regular reticulate. One order of teeth and tooth shape cc. Principal vein terminates at an apex of the tooth. Cells of adaxial epidermis over the venation regular and elongate, in the venation triangular, quadrangular or pentagonal, anticlinal walls straight. Trichome base unicellular. Cells of abaxial epidermis over the venation triangular, elongate, quadrangular or pentagonal, in the veins triangular, quadrangular or pentagonal, anticlinal walls archedor sinuous. Trichomes unicellular. Stomata rounded or nearly rounded, cyclocytic type.
