- Diagnosis
- Fruits of medium size, obtriangular in outline, with four horns inserted almost at the same level of the apex of fruit body. Fruit stalk absent, crown rounded. Surface of fruit body finely ribbed without distinct tubercle. Four horns similar in form and size, narrowly triangular in outline with a spiny, harpoon-like apex bearing retrorsely barbed spines. Horns expanding nearly horizontally or pointing slightly upward.
