- Diagnosis
- Leaf hypostomatous with very small, sparse teeth. Stomata smaller than epidermal cells,
subsidiary cells usually unevenly sized, epidermal cells small. Trichome bases small, usually
about 15 μm wide, overlying 1, occasionally 2 slightly enlarged basal epidermal cells, not
differentially staining.
