Diagnosis
Cone-scale large in size, half circular in general outline, 3,2cm wide (estimated) and 2.5cm high, cordate to subcordate at base, with appendage-like fiange on the lower side; upper margin irregularly and finely serrulate; stalk 0.5cm long; bract broken, reversely trigonal.
