- Diagnosis
- Suboblate, tricolporoidat pollen grain. The exine is comparatively thick, tegillate, and ornamented with spinulae and spinae. Minor spines (spinulae) are found between the spines that are found at uniform spacing. The endosexine is intrabaculate. The colpi are relatively short whereas the endopori are lolongate.
