- Diagnosis
- Grain tricolpate, subprolate. Exine c. 2 um thick, sexine slightly thicker than nexine, mesocolpial sexine projections not very clear. Colpi margins are very distinctly thickened, 4-5 um; exine tegillate with an areolate appearance.
