- Leaf symmetrical, mesophyll, shape elliptic, preserved lamina length 8.7 cm, preserved width 2.3 cm; apex acuminate; base acute to cuneate; margin entire; texture chartaceous; petiole normal; venation pinnate, brochidodromous; primary vein stout in thickness, slightly curved; intrarmarginal veins present; secondary veins numerous, alternate to opposite, distance between two secondaries 0.4–1.0 cm, angle of divergence wide acute; intersecondary veins present, sometimes branched, composite, frequency of intersecondary usually one per intercoastal area; tertiary veins orthogonal reticulate with angle of origin AO-RR; irregular quaternary vein fabric; marginal ultimate venation looped; areoles well developed, oriented, pentagonal, branched once; oil glands present.
