- Stamen three-lobed, bearing four apparently bisporangiate thecae-two on the central lobe and one on each lateral lobe; thecae of central lobe attached
at the base of the free portion of the lobe, theca of each lateral lobe centered at the point of fusion of the three lobes; sterile apex oflobes same length as thecae or longer, acute; pollen apertures elongate/elliptical.
