Diagnosis

Tests are spherical, double-, very rarely singlechambered. The wall texture is very weakly ornamented with widely spaced reticulations. The aperture is circular, bordered by a collar placed in a polygonal depression and surrounded by a smoother area. The encapsulated cysts are single-chambered and smooth to very weakly ornamented.
