- Hexacolporate pollen; suboblate to oblate in equatorial view; exine 1 um thick, densely scabrate; 6 colpi extending entire length of grain, bordered by a margo which expands at the pores; 6 pores, round, 1-1.5 um across. Size ranges from 18-35 um long X 16-34 um wide in equatorial view.
