- Leaves lanceolate in general outline, about 4.7 em long and lcm wide; base rounded; apex lacking, but probably acurninate; midrib stout and thick, nearly straight; secondary nerves and conspieuous intersecondaries 9 to 12 alternate pairs respectively, diverging from midrib at angles of 40 to 50 degrees, looping upwards symetrically and following just within the margin for some distance along the blade, subcamptodrome, jointing the secondadries above by numerous crossities; tertiaries irregularly percurrent; nervilles distinct, forming coarse network; margin finely serrate; texture thin; petiole short but thick, about 3 mm long,
