- Leaf simple, symmetrical, elliptic; preserved size 7.8 x 3.2 cm, apex acuminate; base acute; margin entire; texture chartaceous; venation pinnate; eucamptodromous; primary vein single, prominent, almost straight, stout; secondary veins 10 to 11 pairs visible, 0.4 to 1.0 cm apart, alternate to sub-opposite, unbranched, angle of divergence (40°–60º), narrow to wide acute, uniformly curved up; tertiary veins fine, angle of origin usually RR, percurrent, straight to sinuous, branched, oblique in relation to mid vein, predominantly alternate and close.
