Diagnosis
The whole plant fragment is 7.8 mm long and 3.6 mm wide (1.3–2.0 mm wide for a single shoot), consisting of a basal part with branched axes bearing only lower leaves (shoot apices and upper leaves not preserved). Stem branched, with a thin-walled transparent outer layer consisting of approximately 60–80 mm long cells; upper part of stem broken apart in several places and devoid of leaves probably due to the fossilization process. Leaves distant, loosely arranged in a regular helix, oblong with obtuse–rounded apex, not decurrent at base, margin entire, lacking a differentiated border, 0.9–1.7 mm long and 0.4–0.6 mm wide, becoming rather smaller in the upper part of the stem; costa single, ending below the leaf apex; median laminal cells approximately 50–60 x 40–70 mm, subquadrate, unistratose. Reproductive structures and sporophytes unknown.
