- Diagnosis
- Gymnosperm leaf with segmented lamina with dense, simple parallel veins, 27–30 per cm. Stomata confined to intercostal area on abaxial surface. Stomata round to elliptic and oriented perpendicular to veins. Guard cells slightly overlapped by adjacent subsidiary cells. Trichome bases on abaxial surface. Rachis rhomboidal in cross section.
