Diagnosis
Flower bractate, pedicellate, pedicel 11 mm long x 1 mm wide; actinomorphic, perigynous; gynoecium 11 mm long x 6 mm wide; pistils 5, free, each with a flattened, bilobed stigma, style laterally fixed, elongate, 3 mm long x 1 mm wide; ovary 5 mm long x 3 mm wide, ellipsoid, bilaterally asymmetric; hypanthium surrounding base of the five carpels.
