Diagnosis
Unifoliolate compound leaf, leaflet (i.e., the apical part of the leaf) entire margined, symmetrical, ovate, with round base, length : width ratio ∼1.5 : 1; leaflet venation pinnate; secondary veins camptodromous, joining to form an intramarginal vein; intersecondary veins common; petiole conspicuously winged, articulated with base of leaflet; petiole wing (i.e., the basal part of the leaf) entire margined, symmetrical, basally acute with cordiform apex, and with pinnate venation with secondary veins merging into an intramarginal vein.
