- Diagnosis
- Leaves orbicular in general outline, more than 30cm in diameter (estimated) , peltate ; primary nerves rather slender, straightly radiating from the center of the Ieaf, commonly 21 in number, dichotomously forking 3 or 4 times, the first dichotomy is about one-seeond distance to the margin; the angles of dichotomies are about 30 degrees; marginal dichotomy is tiny, ultimate forked primaries forming large networks ; areolation very fi"e but distinct ; marin entire, frequently undulate ; texture eoriaceous ; petiole stout, about 1 cm wide in compressed materials.
