- Leaflets 8.5 cm long # 3.2–4.0 cm wide (x p 3:3, n p 2), L∶Wratio 2.1–2.6 (x p 2:3, n p 2)∶1, elliptic, medially symmetrical, apex acute, base acute, midvein prominent, tapering and thinning toward apex; secondary veins curved,
acute to midvein, variable, alternate to subopposite, bifurcating ca. 40%–60% from midvein, major branch terminating in a tooth, minor branch terminating in sinus above or below vascularized tooth, thinning toward margin; tertiary veins intercostal (if intersecting a secondary vein) and epimedial (if intersecting a primary vein), sinuous; intersecondary veins common, alternating with secondary veins, and alternately attached to rachis; margin serrate; apex of tooth acute,with distal and proximal flanks
convex, sinus angular.
