- Diagnosis
- Pollen grain bisaccate, haploxylonoid to
diploxylonoid, equatorial outline oval to subquadrangular.
Central corpus subcircular to transversely oval in outline,
spherical with occasionally semilunar transversal folds
by compression. Cappa with dilete mark. Sacci slightly
distally inclined, equally to slightly higher than corpus.
Sacci subcircular crescentic in outline, inflate, discrete, and
infrareticulate. Proximal attached sacci are equatorial to
subequatorial; distal attachment sacci are subequatorial and
straight. Cappula slightly narrow, rectangular.
