- Wood composed of tracheids, crystalidioblasts and rays, growth layers present, in the crosssection tracheids in radial rows, rows of various large tracheids directly lie side by side, tracheids with helical thickenings, crystals in tracheids present, bordered pits on radial tracheid walls arranged abietoid, crystalidioblasts with circular diameter scattered over the crosssection, in the longitudinal-sections with one big hexagonal dipyramidale crystal, rays 1–3 seriate, up to 25 cells high, horizontal walls thin and smooth, cross-field pits cupressoide.
