- Diagnosis
- Leaves simple, widely ovate, 5—11 cm long, 5,5—12 cm wide. Apex acute, base cordate.
Margin dentate. Teeth large, regular, compound with acute apices. First-order teeth 5—7 mm high, second-order teeth 2 mm high. Venation pinnate-palmate, craspedodromous. Basal veins diverging from the petiole
at an angle of 45˚ and bearing several basiscopic veins that innervate large teeth near the leaf base. Basal veins
reaching leaf margin at the half of the leaf length. Four pairs of opposite secondary veins slightly curved to
leaf apex, diverging from the midvein at an angle of 35 to 45°.
