- Shoots either dwarf or long. Leaves unifacial, round in cross-section, with rounded apex,
3—10 mm long, 1,5—3 mm broad; length:width ratio ranging from 1 to 4. Marginal teeth absent. Papillae
present on subsidiary cells, but absent on non-stomatal cells.
